Amatriciana, spicey tomato onion bacon sauce

Amatriciana is spicy hot, and generous in it’s use of strong flavorful ingredients. It has a mix of red onions, pancetta bacon, tomatoes, olive oil and peperoncino which is like red cayenne pepper.
