How Much Weight Do You Have To Lose Before You Start Seeing It?

I’m 5′9 and about 194lbs. I’ve already lost 8lbs. I was just wondering how many pounds have to come off before you notice it. I am doing this a healthy way so don’t tell me how to lose weight. I have been losing 2lbs a week.
