In the default Firefox theme (1.5 and 2.0 RC1) on a Macintosh, favicons do not show up on the Bookmarks Toolbar. Various other themes (e.g. Pinstripe for Firefox) also lack the favicons. However, other themes (e.g. Phoenity Modern) do have favicons show up on the Bookmarks Toolbar. What's toggling whether or not the favicons are showing up?

J'avais donc le choix entre les favatars, les gravatars et les pavatars. Etant donné que je souhaitais un truc relativement discret, j'ai penché pour les favatars. D'autant plus que gravatar est de plus en plus souvent down et que je doute de la popularité de pavatar. Je vais donc vous expliquer comment j'ai mis en place les favatars sur ce blog.

Le principe est plutôt simple: utiliser les favicons comme des avatars décentralisés. La taille est suffisamment grande pour que chacun ait une image personnalisée et pas trop pour ne pas représenter des images choquantes.
