Use a single master password to generate a (one-way, reproducible) password for each domain you visit. The script does not have to store/remember your master password, and you don't have to store/remember the generated passwords.

MS Password Strength tester. In general I discourage typing "live" passwords in 3rd party sites. But you can try a "similar" password with the same elements (alpha/numeric/symbol) and length and get a good feel for how strong it is.
