Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and her son Camarines Sur Rep. Diosdado “Dado” Arroyo have recently filed a bill seeking to establish a national pet registry. According to ABS-CBN News, the former President said the growing number of missing pets prompted them to propose the database that will include missing pets and found strays.
