Will I Lose Weight If I Start Dirnking 3 Protein Shakes A Day Along With A Good Workout Program?

I weightlift 4 times a week and do light cardio (30-40 min day) on the tread and elliptical peretty much every day. I pretty much eat three light meals with the protein shakes in between. Is this too much protein to lose any weight?
